Pre-Festival @ Kennedy Middle School Cafetorium

7:15 call time at Kennedy MS

7:30 warm up in Band Room

8pm performance/clinic, finished @9:15pm.

Dress: Nice clothes - uniforms to arrive/be distributed before band festival

MSBOA District Band & Orchestra Festival @ Anchor Bay High School

March 10th

3:00 - Call Time

3:00 - Load Trailer

Eat/Change into Concert Uniform

3:55 - Load Buses

4:00 - Depart for ABHS

4:30 - Arrive at ABHS, go to Coat Rooms

5:05 - Sing Through in Coat Rooms

5:20 - Warm Up in Warm Up Rooms

5:45 - Performance time, Clinic on stage with adjudicator

6:15 - Go back to Coat Rooms & Wait for Mr. Arnold

6:30 - Students dismissed, Parent/Guardian pick up from ABHS

(Feel free to stay to hear other schools perform at band festival! Performance continue every half hour until 9pm)

We are looking for chaperones to hang out with us on our bus ride over & in the coat rooms on site. If you're interested/available, please reach out to Mr. Arnold

All student musicians are expected to be picked up by their families from Anchor Bay HS. Please contact Mr. Arnold by 3/3/22 if there are any issues with the pick up time.
