6:30p - Call Time/Warm Up on stage

7:00p - Performance/Clinic, finished at 7:45/50p

7:45p (or when clinic complete) - 8th Grade to HS Scheduling Meeting (done around 8p)

HS Band

7:30p - Call Time in LSHS Band Room

8:00p - quick warm up

8:05p - Performance/Clinic in LSHS Aud

8:45/50p (Approx) - Clinic Concludes

Dress: Nice clothes - uniforms to arrive/be distributed before band festival

March 2nd, 2023

4:15p - Call Time (If you CANNOT go home and back in the time between, mark this on the google form)

4:15p - Band-Family Dinner (Dinner Provided)

5:00p - Change into Uniforms

5:15p - Load Buses

5:30p - Depart for WWT

5:50p - Arrive at Warren Woods Tower HS, go to Coat Rooms

6:25p - Sing Through in Coat Rooms

6:40p - Warm Up in Warm Up Rooms

7:05p - Performance On Stage, Sight-reading After (Parents can come to this)

7:35p - Go back to Coat Rooms & Wait for Mr. Arnold

8:00p (approx) - Students dismissed, Parent/Guardian pick up from WWT

(Feel free to stay to hear other schools perform at band festival! Performances continue until 8:25p)

8:30p - Approx Arrival back at KMS

We are looking for chaperones to hang out with us on our bus ride over & in the coat rooms on site. If you're interested/available, please reach out to Mr. Arnold
