MEMORIAL DAY PARADE/GRADUATION INFORMATION

Memorial Day Parade

Date: Sunday, May 29th

Call Time at LSHS band room with instrument, in uniform (be ready to change t-shirt): 10:30am

Departure for Parade: 11:30am

Parade Begins: 1pm

Departure back to LSHS: Approx. 3:30pm

Uniform: LS Bands Summer T-Shirt (To be distributed on day of), khaki shorts (of a comfortable length - not too short), black ankle socks (not long black socks), and black marching shoes.

Eat a big breakfast! We will provide snacks and a water bottle for the bus ride over.

Graduation

Date: Saturday, June 4th

Call time at LSHS field with instrument and in uniform: 8:00am

Uniform: LS Bands Summer T-Shirt (Same one distributed on the Memorial Day Parade), khaki pants, black shoes (marching shoes are fine, dress shoes are fine as well).

Breakfast: 8:45am

Prelude Music Begins: 9:30am

Graduation Ceremony begins: 10am

Approximate Dismissal: 11:30am

Seniors: Make sure your instrument is out in the set up before you go to your offstage area for commencement
